Attention all residents in Kells.
Time is running out to have your say on the proposed development of the lands at Lloyd.
This is shaping up to be the biggest amenity project in the Town for many years.
The proposed development will include the creation of a forest, walking routes, a playground, a football ground, basketball court, nature trails, heritage gardens, a BMX/wheel-sport track, a famine memorial and at least 8 entrance gates on the Drumbarragh and Virginia roads.
The Draft Plan is available for inspection until Thursday 10 September 2026 online at https://consult.meath.ie/ and also at the following locations (during normal opening hours):

Making a Non-Statutory Submission
Non-statutory submissions can be made on the Draft Commons of Lloyd Recreation and Amenity Plan by ONE medium only i.e. online or hard copy and made as follows:
