We are currently looking for Night Porter’s to join our team at The Dutch Tulip Boutique B&B in Mallow. We are currently recruiting for part-time positions.
First impressions count for a lot, and you'll be one of the first people our guests meet as a Night Porter, you will take responsibility for our reception desk, dealing with customer queries in an efficient and professional manner, ensuring we meet and exceed all our customers’ expectations, with the highest levels of service. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality with a customer-oriented approach is essential for this role.
Night Porter Role:
To be observant and ensure the security of the hotel, the staff and the guests.
Handle all guest enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Cover the Concierge and Reception desk.
