When you received a review like this, all the hard work that we do to ensure our guests enjoy their stay is so worth it from Claire in the office who takes care of that first contact, Laura who takes care of housekeeping, Mark who looks after the gardens and everyone else who makes Robertstown Holiday Village what it is like Lorcan & Sandra for the welcome packs, Noel the Electrician, Joe the Plumber, David the painter, Paudy who takes care of general maintenance, Maurice who takes care of the bins and most importantly you, our guest, without you, we would be nothing, thank you.

A stalwart in business has left this world and the reverberations of grief within the hospitality industry in Kildare is palpable.
Vivian Carroll had hospitality in his bones, he loved the industry beginning at the in Kildare where Joe took him under his wing.
Viv and Karen got to know each other more when they took part in a tourism and hospitality course back in the 90's here in Robertstown which was the stepping stone in the development of their businesses.
Vivian went on to open his own bar at and later in Newbridge.
He was so generous in every way imaginable, with advice, with his knowledge, his time and his generousity to others especially the less fortunate. He lifted people up. A great employer, and a great businessman but his proudest achievement of all was his family.
To Breda and your family and the wider Carroll family we are heartbroken for your loss following Vivians sudden passing. He loved you deeply.

May Vivian rest in eternal peace, light of Heaven to his kind and wonderful Soul. 🕊
