Walltopia and iP2 Group have co-developed the ZAFARI Mini Theme Park – a turnkey, IP-driven entertainment format for spaces of 500–1,000 m².

Generic play centres often struggle to stand out and support premium pricing. Building an IP-based attraction, on the other hand, usually means coordinating IP licensors, attraction manufacturers, F&B consultants and retail suppliers separately.

The ZAFARI Mini Theme Park packages all of this into one pre-engineered, market-ready product.

One concept. Two areas of expertise.

→ iP2 Group leads the IP and experience layer: the ZAFARI IP, concept design, guest flow, digital missions, attraction media and custom characters such as Zoomba and Pokey.

→ Walltopia delivers the physical environment: design, engineering, manufacturing, installation, theming and certification of climbing attractions, ropes courses, slides, interactive play and multi-level structures – compliant with applicable EN and ASTM standards and backed by ISO 9001-certified manufacturing.

→ The package also includes a pre-opening operations toolkit (SOPs, staffing schedules, launch marketing visuals), a fully designed ZAFARI mini café and a ready-made merchandise programme developed by iP2 with B2M.

Operators address admissions, F&B, retail and repeat visitation from day one, with clearer visibility over investment and delivery timelines. The IP already has commercial momentum, with iP2 developing three ZAFARI venues across the Middle East.

We've submitted Rollglider HORIZON to 50 𝘽𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙨 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝘽𝙪𝙡𝙜𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙖, a platform mapping the country's work across Advanced Technologies, Design Products, Food & Beverage, Health & Wellness, and Home & Quality of Life — one of several products we're putting forward.

We're proud of what the product is: a piece of Bulgarian engineering that is raising the bar in the global leisure industry. The Canopy Glider at Mandai's Rainforest Wild Adventure in Singapore carries guests 500 metres through the rainforest canopy, on flat terrain, with no gravity assist. It's the most complex Rollglider built to date, designed and engineered in Bulgaria from concept to commissioning.
And it's only the beginning of where the platform goes — ski and seaside resorts, theme parks, urban spaces, far beyond the wildlife parks where it has already proven itself.
