Drumroll please!! 🥁 Introducing our Backpacker's Cottage to the world, a traditional Kathkuni stay in a serene corner at Kefi 🏚️
Kathkuni is an indigenous Himachali construction technique where the structure is traditionally made entirely of natural elements like local stone, Deodar wood and earth. Thus remaining steady & insulated during extreme weather conditions with its deep foundation and double layered walls.
The wait is over & we finally have a shared space with luxurious single beds for our ever beloved backpackers community, built on a shared love of slow living and exploring a place in its truest sense; whilst not compromising on providing you with space, sunshine or views.
Look out at the mountains & night sky from the comfort of your bed on those lazy days or chill in the balcony watching the rich flora & fauna of the valley, you have it all.
And while we work towards making this prettier & cozier for you, we welcome you with open arms and a warm heart to stay with us at our simple & rustic abode ❤️
