Made in the year 2004 using low cost construction techniques, it was designed using the famous architect, Lawrie Baker’s techniques.

Bhowali, at an altitude of 1750 mtr, is a hamlet situated in the midst of the lake district of Nainital. It is the sole gateway into the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand on the Kathgodam-Ranikhet/ Almora Highway, and was better known as a health resort during the pre-independence era due to its salubrious climate and rejuvenating environs. Bhowali has a temperate climate with four distinct seasons. In

the summer months of April to June, wild flowers fill the meadows, and the air is cool, fresh and pine-scented. The rainy season from July to August has an appeal of its own with misty mountains, glorious sunsets and fluorescence of greenery engulfing the hillsides. September to November is bright pleasant and bracing, while winter is crisp and invigorating with snow and bright, sunny weather. Studio Apartments

We have two well furnished studio apartments complete with all
amenities like refrigerator, cooking gas, microwave, LCD, geyser,
and comfortable beds with linen.
• Ideal for upto three adults per room.
• No charge for accommodation of children below 4 years.
• Car parking on premises.
• Facility of caretaker, provisions of meals on order.
• Restroom for driver.
• Bhowali market with all facilities like provisions and taxi, etc. available within half kilometer /walking distance.
• Driving time to Nainital, Bhimtal, Sattal, Naukuchiyatal, Ghorakhal, Kainchi, (within 20 mins). Almora, Ranikhet and Mukteshwar (90 mins).
• Tariff: available on request.
• Tariff is for room only and does not include food and beverage charges.
• Customised and discounted packages for long stays can be worked out on request.
• Check-In: 1200 hours
• Check-out: 1000 hours.
• Early arrival is subject to availability.
• Extended check-out times can be considered subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.

Bhowali's bustling local bazaar provides the locals with day-to-day essentials, while it's fertile, terraced fields grow fruit, vegetables and flowers and supply them with the freshest of produce. It has all facilities like provisions and taxi, etc. available within half kilometer. Driving time to Nainital, Bhimtal, Sattal, Naukuchiyatal, Ghorakhal Mandir, Kainchi, (within 20 mins). Almora, Ranikhet and Mukteshwar. The Ghorakhal mandir is popularly and locally known as a place where people go and seek justice! The kadhi chawal and pyaz ki pakaoris have their own charm on the lakesides of Bhimtal and Sattal. Naukuchiyatal affords the traveler some lovely boat rides as do Nainital and Sattal and those fond of fishing can venture out to Sattal and Nakuchiayatal. Visitors can also visit the local tea garden and partake of the various teas available there. We believe these are excellent. Jageshwar and Mukteshwar are again temples of great repute and can be accessed conveniently from Bhowali. (90 mins). Home made jams, preservatives and pickles in Bhowali are easily available and a must try
