Here are the basic details of *Juhu Beach house, Uthandi, ECR, Chennai*:
* The house is located opposite PVR Cinemas, Uthandi.
*The house and the pool is private and no one else will be sharing the house with you. The house is all yours for the night you book.
*Three bed rooms.
*All the three are air-conditioned.
* Each bedroom has a king size bed. Total 3 king size beds.
(king size bed 72*78 inch we have can accommodate 3ppl), and one of the bedrooms has a diwan. So total 10 people can sleep. If you need we can help you with extra floor beds. (We have four)
*A spacious hall, with a dining hall and a living space in the first floor.
*Kitchen with basic setup (Induction stove, Electric kettle & few utensils) for making Tea/coffee/Noodles etc. Full fledged cooking is not possible.
*A double door fridge.
* Few plates, cutlery and glasses.
* Bubble top mineral water container & dispenser.
* An outdoor barbeque set up where you can enjoy barbeque. Kindly bring disposable skews.
For coal, you can bring your own, or pay Rs.200 to care taker, he will get you 5 kgs of coal.
* A swimming pool -
Pool area is about 350 sqft, depth is less than 5 ft
Size of the pool - is 30ft x 15ft
* A big mango tree under and a small lawn space available.
* car parking inside, where two cars can be parked.
* Parking on roads may not be encouraged.
* Beach is 500 mts away.
* We are located in Juhu beach house road, just before uthandi toll, just opposite to uthandi PVR. Exact location will be sent once booking confirmation done.
* We have a caretaker inside.
* We do not provide toiletries in order to minimise plastic wastes. So please bring your own toiletries.
*RULES*
* Noisy activities not encouraged.
* Parties not allowed due to Covid restrictions.
* we expect you to leave the house in the same state as found. As much as possible.
* Pets not allowed.
* Eating near the pool or spilling food inside the pool is strictly prohibited.
* Consuming alcohol near the pool should be avoided, may incur hefty penalty if bottles/glasses are broken into the pool, even if it's accidental.
* Smoking inside the house is not allowed. Alcohol allowed.
* Decorative stuffs on the walls are not permitted, very strictly. You may tie some balloons on windows and leave some on floors if you want to do simple decoration.
* Altering the set up of the house may incur hefty penalty. Like shifting sofas,cots,curtains, mattresses etc.
