Case in point,
We at HOME were honored to have the formed HEAD of PWD public works , Goa State ( upto 2016 ) as our guest with his family this week
But what a coincidence !!
He was wearing a printed Kurta shirt ( bought from Udaipur city a year ago ) and I too was wearing a identical one ...again coincidentally that I bought from Udaipur also 3 and half years ago !
PHEW ...what a double coincidence
At what gave me more delight is when I got aware that Sir D P Borkar is a Technocrat like me too !

Our attachec HOME " Goan authentic cuisine " Menu Card has been reviewed by Ms Leona Almeida , a Goan origin Clinical Nutritionist based out of Dubai ...she did give us some ideas to tweak our dishes with ingredients to add nutritional value and immunity boosters due to the Health regime in this pandemic period.

MDQ a small bit of heaven on earth
This was my second visit to MDQ gave me the absolute pleasure and privilege to share my inputs on its menu. Hi I am Ms Leona Almeida
Clinical Dietitian by profession from Bombay, based in Dubai. MDQ serves a Menu themed Ethnic Goan Cuisine. It's wonderful and rare to see how MDQ and it's meals are completely planned rooted to the culture and tradition of its origin.
Mr Neves a wonderful host and I had a small brainstorm session on how we could get the nutritional levels of the meals boosted up, the meals are light and easy on digestion, flavours used reminds me of home cooked grandma's love waiting for us as we reach home after a tiring day.
As a traveler I have seen meals which are made too rich by adding up a generous serving of either butter, cream or a thick layer of oil to the dish but such was not the case at MDQ. Infact they believe it keeping it light and simple. A few of the dishes served at MDQ and its details are presented below as a reference.
If your looking for a peaceful stay with healthy meals this is the right place for you as you would completely relaxed not only physically, mentally your stomach would be at ease too. I would highly recommend MDQ to families, friends.
