Here in Gujarat (and many other places in India), no one starts a new task / construction before Makar Sankranti (14 January).

1st construction activity at the site of our 1st Resort "Ekanta Retreat" at Statue of Unity, Kevadia, Gujarat.

Building a small bridge at the entrance. The water flows below during monsoon.

Once this is done, the truck for the underground borewell will be able to cross over to the land and dig the borewell. Then the fencing on the entire 4 acres land is to be done.

After nearly 3 Months of Brainstorming, Planning and Consultation with Architects and Vaastu Consultant, the Masterplan of our 1st upcoming Resort "Ekanta Retreat " at Statue of Unity, Kevadia, Gujarat is finalized.

Resort will be spread out over 4 Acres located in a very quiet and peaceful surrounding.

Now Micro Level Planning of each individual section begins. The property will be lush green and dense with trees, bushes and grasses.

Phase-1

Dark Blue Area: Wellness Centre
A full-fledged Wellness Centre offering multiple therapies including Ayurvedic Therapies, Naturopathy and many more.

Pink Area: Top Category
Individual Luxurious Cottages with private Plunge Pool & Garden

Light Blue Area: Base Category
Luxurious Villas in Ground + 1 Setup

Red Area: Independent Villa
Luxurious Villa with Private Pool and huge garden. Totally separate from the main resort area giving full privacy and peace.

Phase-2

Yellow Area: Independent Vilas which people can lease on a Timeshare Basis & Profit Sharing Basis.

Our upcoming Resort at Statue of Unity(SOU) Kevadia, Gujarat will be 100% Vastu Shastra Compliant !

One of the best Vastu Consultant is part of the project right from the beginning even before purchasing the land.

The Resort is going to much more than just a normal resort where one will stay while visiting SOU or come for leisure stay.

Being Vastu compliant will have it's added advantage.

This is rough 1st draft. Most important here is the directions and 32 zones into which the land is divided based on Vastu Shastra.

There are 5 elements of nature commonly referred to as Panchamahabhut.

These 5 elements are:
1. Earth (Prithvi)
2. Water (Jal)
3. Fire (Tejas)
4. Wind (Vayu)
5. Space (Akash)

These 5 elements are to be balanced and taken into consideration while designing a structure.

Vaastu Shastra consists of principles and concepts that have been followed in architecture for centuries. It is what is called the “science of architecture” which talks about the best practices in construction and the influential elements to consider while building a structure.

More details as we proceed further with the planning and design of the project.

Menus will ofcourse have a wide range of 100% Jain Food as well.

Work already started on designing the menus / dishes. It's an exciting phase and lots of options to be tried out until we finalize the menu.

100% Shudh Sattvik Bhojan is the aim ! (Even Eggs will NOT be part of the menu).
