After Barefoot Bungalow at Buranshkanda, Kanatal. The third generation of Paris Foods Dehradun, Dr Amarpal, Harpal & Daman renovated and opened Barefoot Bungalow to guests. It has 3 nostalgically done up and very tasteful rooms with a BBQ pit and sit out in the lawns.
Hotel stays are passe!

Chef will cook up just about anything in your imagination and Bhattji will serve it at the exact time you want it.

P.S. Stay in the attic room. It's blissful

Koby's Coffee has been in the works since 7 yrs for .
Hit the ground this year in May and has been roller coaster ride since till we opened the first store last week in Saket with much site and soul searching..
To say the coffee is awesome..is an understatement.
The breads and pastries the same...all made with 100% butter.
You gotta try the bun maska and the vanilla choux.
And when ain't brewing...he is prepping his next single. Hear his latest on

My first Boss & Chef Sokhi
Mr Manoj Singh was my first Restaurant Manager when I started my career in the Hospitality sector. Extremely hard working and guest focussed to the core. Mobile phones weren't common then. Every afternoon he would pick up the cordless...(yes, it was a special thing to have one those days) and start calling regular guests of Andaz and wish them a Happy Anniversary or Birthday....and the restaurant would usually pack up.
You can now see him chilling in his off roaders and 4x4's in Vasant Kunj these days.

My go to lunch on a hot sunny day.
Thayir Sadam.....Curd rice to most of us is a coolant of sorts for our body.
Curd is an excellent source of protein. It is also a good antioxidant and has high contents of calcium. Rice is a good source of magnesium and potassium, which helps reduce stomach cramps and pain besides making you feel good!
