Recently we have observed some fraudsters duping customers on the name of “Rockwood Castle”. Taking advance and not responding back to customers. We advise to all our customers and visitors to book through only authorized channels.
Our legal team initiates legal actions against such fraudsters time to time when observed. But we advise visitors to take precautions while booking and property management will not be responsible for any financial loss due to unauthorized booking.
