Bedding available for 20 people. 40 mins from Ambabai temple (20 km door to door) and 20 mins from Pune - Benglore highway (12 km). Servant accomodation is available. Freeze, TV + Tata Sky is available. Entire venue will have only one guest / group of families at a time. The road speed is 60-70 km/hr from highway to farmhouse so very good condition. Google Map location drops you at the gate. Just follow the route. Last 300 meter is unpaved road once you cross a lake on right. Please don’t get confuse when on that rough unpaved road. Trust google map and follow the route. You will see the gate on right hand side. “ Sandip Kulkarni Farmhouse” at Pattan Kodoli location is already added on Google Map. We provide all standard leaflets on WhatsApp that include a classic village menu, rare, google map, gate picture and contact number of attendee. All food and services will be discussed in advance and will be provided as agreed. We do not charge extra once we agreed on stay and food services. We accommodate small additional request during stay. This is not a commercial place. Once we agree your stay then you are our GUEST, NOT CUSTOMER. This is a beautiful place we built in our inherited farming land that we want to share the experience with all of you. That helps us to maintain this property and gives some jobs to local staff. Since the owner of this property himself is IT professional and stayed abroad for 15+ years, this whole “business” to share joy is completely out of passion. We are reputed family in our village therefore we maintain class to every act. We don’t mind guest having drinks and non-veg food but dignity is vital during the joy.
