Bedrooms: (2 bedrooms are on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor)
- The villa has 6 bedrooms, each equipped with an air-conditioner and attached toilet bath
- All bedrooms have double beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms
Living Room:
- The living area can accommodate up to 15 people

Bathrooms:
- The villa has 6 private bathrooms and 1 common washroom
- All bathrooms have modern fixtures and are equipped with geysers for 24/7 hot water supply
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided in all bathrooms
Kitchen and Meals:
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove.
- Crockery is available for 15 people
Lawn:
- The villa has private lawn
- Small events for a group can be organized in the lawn with prior notice
Pool:
- The villa has an outdoor pool that can accommodate 20 people
- Pool size: 30 ft x 18 ft with a depth of 5 ft
- No pool usage after 10 PM
- Kids must always be accompanied by adults
Guest Experience:
- A bonfire can be arranged with a prior notice at an additional cost
- A barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost
House Rules
- Loud music is prohibited
- Pool usage is prohibited after 10 PM
- Footwear is not allowed inside the villa
Other things to note
- This is a pet-friendly villa, however taking your pet in the pool is not allowed
- Secured parking space for 12cars is available
- Driver’s accommodation can be arranged at an additional cost
- A medical kit with basic first aid is available at the villa
- A power backup is available at the villa
- Children must be supervised in and around the swimming pool
- A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. This amount is refundable if the total number of guests does not increase and the checkout time is adhered to
- A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. This fee is nonrefundable.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest

The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is present to serve you on demand.
