• 40% advance to confirm booking | 60% in cash at check-in
• Any damage will be deducted from the security deposit
📄 Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans change, so here’s our flexible cancellation policy:
⏳ Cancellation Terms:
✅ 7 or more days before check-in: Full refund of advance
❌ 3 days before check-in or no-show: Advance is non-refundable
🔁 Rescheduling:
• One free reschedule if informed at least 5 days in advance (subject to availability)
• Rescheduled dates must fall within 30 days of original booking
💡 Note:
• Refunds (if any) processed within 3–5 working days
• Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge in case of extreme weather or emergency lock downs
