Lodge Morning Star #7 Lodge Morning Star #7 is a lodge of Ancient Free & Accepted Masons of India. It is located in Lucknow at Freemasons' Hall, Sarojini Naidu Marg, Lucknow. Bro. R.N.

Lodge Morning Star was consecrated in 1848. That was the period when the last ruler of Oudh Nawab Wajid Ali Shah was the ruler. The founders of the Lodge were all Britishers at that time. The revolt of 1857 affected the functioning of the Lodge and it became impossible for the Lodge members to meet. it was subsequently revived on 27th December, 1858 (St John's Day), says our V.W. et compiled by him on the occasion of the Sesqui-Centennial Celebrations held on 17.12.2020. After many ups and downs the foundation stone of the present Lodge building was relayed in May 1876 and the Brethren moved in the present building on 19th july 1876. Thus, apart from a chequered history, our lodge building itself is 136 years old today.

Bro Rishi Awasthi, elected for the Eastern Chair and now as Master elect of Lodge Morning Star #7 for ensuing year. The meeting was also inspection meeting with RGLNI officer incharge coming to inspect the Lodge records and ritual working.

Like every year, we celebrated the Independence day at our Lodge Morning Star Num 7 with a Flag Hoisting and Tree plantation. The tree plantation has a significance, as we plant trees in the memories of brothers who have left for the Lodge above. This year's tree was planted by Br Iqbal Kidwai, who has recently been initiated.
