Deepa Nair Turiya Boutique Villa Goa
Almost eight years ago, I met Deepa Nair, Deepa Nair Editor of Better Interiors, quite casually at a friend’s social gathering.

We got talking, and she asked me about my work. I remember her simply saying, “I’d love to see some of your projects.”

A few days later, I sent her some images of my work. Soon after, she called to say that she would love to feature one of my projects — Turiya Villa. Turiya Boutique Villa Goa

Turiya was, and continues to be, an incredibly personal project for me. It was a space very close to my heart, and I had no idea what Deepa had envisioned for the story.

Then came the surprise.

She created something so beautiful and so thoughtfully put together that it remains one of the most memorable features of my work.

A rare expression of boutique living — this luxury apartment is entirely bespoke in spirit.
From handcrafted details to custom-designed elements, the space reflects a quiet sophistication reserved for the truly discerning.
A 10 sq. ft. pied-à-terre, conceived as an intimate weekend retreat for a discerning client.
An exercise in restraint and refinement — where every element is bespoke, every detail meticulously curated, and nothing is left to the ordinary. A true departure from the language of mass production.

It was so much fun designing this space! Clients who love to entertain, the thought of converting indoor swimming pool area which were rarely used into this Bar Room.

Art quietly shuffles in to make its own space in Tropical Teals through exquisite flora and fauna imprinted on its walls and passageways. Designed by Sandesh Prabhu—principal designer of Sandesh Prabhu Design Studio ( ), the 1,000 sq ft area is an extension to an existing penthouse.⁠

Based in Bandra, Mumbai, the space was overhauled with structural changes to create spaces for their teenage daughters’ personalities and hobbies. One who is a lover of animals and the other, is a passionate baker. ⁠
