Currently known as Chowgule Construction Technologies, the company with its headquarters in Mumbai specializes in waterproofing products, concrete repair products, floor coatings, anti – corrosive coatings and sealants. Currently, Chowgule Construction Technologies has its production plant located in Goa with a current capacity stands at 8,500 TPA. This facility is currently under expansion to accommodate a much and wider range of quality products for both the Indian and Export markets. A second plant is been planned in Gujarat, which is expected to be in production towards the end of FY 12-13. The Chowgule brand is a trusted name that has been steadily built up over the last 96 years. Chowgule’s are accepted and trusted by leading architects, consultants and developers across the country’s western and southern states. The company’s key projects in Mumbai include Bombay Stock Exchange, the Grand Hyatt Hotel, various projects from the Lodha Group like the Lodha I Think Techno Corporate Park, Lodha Experia/ Paradise, the Infra Bellissimo - highrise building of more than 50 floors, to name a few. In addition, Chowgule has also been instrumental in numerous projects from the Oberoi Group like the Oberoi Woods, Oberoi Exquisite, Oberoi Springs and Oberoi Splendor. In addition, the company has also played a major role in Gujarat’s salt works jetty repair, Nestle’s Maggi plant in Goa, Patel Realty’s residential tower at Electronic City in Bangalore. Chowgule also possesses a modern R&D facility in Goa which is well equipped and manned by skilled chemists. This facility works in coordination with our German partners for both technical and new age product support ensuring our customers receive systems of European standards tailor made to suit Indian conditions.
