Monsoon Ayurveda Treatment
The Karkidaka Chitsa (Monsoon Ayurveda Treatment) at Ripplesnrocks Home Stay Munnar Kerala, India, in association with major Ayurveda centres in and around Munnar.
This detoxification seasonal therapy (Rithu Charya) is very significant during monsoon.
During monsoon all the Tridhoshas namely Vatha , Pitha and Kapha aggrivates. It is the ideal time to remove all the impurities and bring back the body and mind to balanced state. The therapy purifies the whole body and enhances immunity.
