I am Naveen a Civil Engineer & MBA grad and my better half Sunandaa supporting from all corners. After working as a civil engineer for a couple of years, shifted to the hospitality industry and was instrumental in bringing up a serviced apartment. After managing this for a decade, we decided to move away from the hustle and bustle of city life and to start something unique & on our own
Located 50km from Mysuru . This is a 1 acre property in the midst of forest and having views spreading up to the horizon.
The property has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, 2 bath rooms and 2 toilets in the traditional Thotti mane style
As we started this venture by bootstrapping with our minimum savings and some help from the well wishers, one should not expect a fancy modern building , rather the building is from basic materials but robustly built with mud bricks and has sheets as roof.
Our family is complete with our two little Daughters and we also have 2 cats, 2 dogs and a cow as our extended family. Solar fences protect the area from wild animals.
This is not your regular hotel or a resort, rather this is homestay in its true sense, we have opened up our house to the guests and believe in the phrase “ athithi devo bava “ which can be translated to “guests are the form of gods” as per traditional hindu values. You can take a stroll and see all the fruit plants, participate in harvesting and plantation whenever possible, take a walk or go for a run down the vast farmland and see the village life pass by in its own sweet time.
Food that you get is undoubtedly created with immense love, care and hygiene by my wife & myself. We can assure you that this is the most mouth watering food you will ever have, because that's our biggest selling point.
So this is what we are & this is what we will provide to our guests. We wholeheartedly look forward to welcoming you and sharing with you a little part of our lives and also enriching ourselves from your knowledge & experience
