This might be a bit too deep and not everyone might agree but apparently this is actually a thing in Japan and they take it really seriously. It’s meant to really help with a persons mental health, just been reading about it and I think it’s really interesting. In Finland, researchers recommend five hours a month in nature to reduce depression, alcoholism, and su***de. Forest therapy has state-backing in Japan and South Korea has a nature therapy program for firefighters with post-traumatic stress disorder so It must really work. More people should know about this and start practicing breathing techniques and taking time to surround urself around nature instead of TVs, mobile phones, loud noises, overcrowded places and appreciate all the different sounds and smells. Let’s not forget all the things that are free and good for us, the world is slowly brainwashing us and changing the way we think. Soon everything will be run by technology and this makes me really sad
