SAGE is situated in Yellakandi which is 15 km from Ooty and boasts 360-degree breathtaking vistas of tea estates and the forest. On one side, it overlooks the valley with hundreds of acres of tea estate; on the other, it overlooks the beautiful Emerald Lake, tucked away by the Western Ghats Mountain.
SAGE is a 5500 sq. ft. luxury villa built on a 1 acre Tea Estate that boasts 4 spacious bedrooms including an ultra-spacious lounge room of 550 sq. ft. with an attached mini-bar and an office room. All rooms have balconies and attached bathrooms.
