🇮🇳 *Nation First | My Advice*

**WHO OWNS THE PLANET WE ALL INHERITED?**

We were born on this planet. We did not purchase the air we breathe, create the rain that falls, or manufacture the rivers that sustain life.

Yet, somewhere along the way, we built an economic system where almost everything necessary for survival carries a price.

Food became an industry. Land became an investment. Water became a commodity. Shelter became a financial burden for millions.

And now, even nature is increasingly being valued through financial markets.

**But here is the question we must ask: Just because something has economic value, does that mean someone should have unlimited power over it?**

đź“Š **The facts are disturbing:**

🌍 According to the UN, approximately **733 million people faced hunger in 2023**—roughly 1 in every 11 people worldwide.

đź’§ WHO and UNICEF data showed that **2.2 billion people lacked safely managed drinking water in 2022.**

🌳 The UN Environment Programme estimated that nearly **$7 trillion flowed annually into activities harmful to nature**, compared with approximately $200 billion invested in nature-based solutions in 2022.

These numbers force us to confront a difficult reality: humanity has enormous economic resources, yet access to life's essentials remains unequal, and our natural environment continues to face immense pressure.

**My advice, from my experience of observing people and society, is simple: We must stop measuring progress only by how much wealth we create. We must also measure it by how many lives we improve.**

I believe in enterprise, innovation, private property, and economic growth. But growth must come with responsibility. Markets can create prosperity, but essential resources require fair governance, environmental protection, and accountability.

We must ask our leaders and institutions:

* Who benefits when essential resources become more expensive?

* Are communities protected when land and natural resources are commercially developed?

* Are we investing enough in clean water, affordable housing, food security, and environmental restoration?

* Can future generations inherit a healthy planet, or only the financial and environmental costs of our decisions?

*LEADERSHIP IS NOT ABOUT CONTROL. IT IS ABOUT TRUST.**

My experience has taught me one important lesson: **You must connect before you direct. If people fear you, they may obey you. But if they trust you, they will stand with you.**

A title can give you authority. Only your behaviour can earn you respect.

My advice to every leader and entrepreneur:

**1. Don't punish honesty.** When people fear your reaction, they hide problems instead of helping you solve them.

**2. Don't confuse loyalty with agreement.** The person who challenges your decision respectfully may be protecting your mission, not opposing you.

**3. Listen especially to those with less authority.** Leadership is tested when someone who cannot influence your career dares to tell you an uncomfortable truth.

**4. Control your ego before you try to lead others.** When challenged, ask questions before defending your position.

**5. Build a culture where truth travels faster than fear.** Bad news should reach the leader early—not after it becomes a crisis.

📊 **The facts matter:** Gallup's 2024 *State of the Global Workplace* report estimated that only 23% of employees worldwide were engaged at work in 2023. That is a reminder that organisations must pay attention to how people experience their workplaces—not just to targets and results.

The same principle applies beyond business: in families, communities, institutions, and public leadership.

A leader surrounded by agreement should ask one uncomfortable question:

**“Do people genuinely agree with me—or have I made disagreement too costly?”**

My advice is simple: **Stop building walls between people. Start building bridges.**

Isliye apni niyyat ki hifazat Karein. Logon ko impress karnese zyada jaruri hain Allah ko razi karna.
