PEOPLE are the biggest asset of an organisation.
When I say people, I am referring to the talent, culture, passion, understanding of what the organisation stands for, sincerity, team spirit, quality work etc. And in the context of people, I would like to share some good news with you as we have some changes in roles. A change is an opportunity for us to improve our game, and go higher.

Dr Manoj Kutteri will lead Atmantan as the Medical Director & Chief Executive Officer. He will work closely with Sharmilee Agrawal & me to execute our short and long term strategy.

Joining Dr Manoj in his team is Gopi Krishnan G Pillai, our new Resort Manager. Gopi brings with him many years of experience in operations of Wellness Centres and will work towards building a consistent customer experience for our wellness travellers.

Murali Krishna S joins us as People's Manager and will focus on building a world class Employee Experience.

Key requisite for this position:-

· Drive synergies on network news channels- Optimum utilisation of resources.
· Strategic Planning
· Content Coordination with other functions

Job description

The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing & executing our marketing strategy for the various lines of business. We are looking for a Creative & Innovative thinker... someone who has a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy.

Responsibilities
Coordinate all marketing activities to boost quality traffic & generate leads
Create engaging content (across platforms) for various cohorts
Build Relationship with key industry players, agencies
Track performance of all marketing campaigns - to identify trends etc
Coordination with all agencies - SEO, SMM, PR in India and overseas
Prepare Marketing & PR budgets
Developing pricing strategies

Qualifications
Understanding of existing and emerging marketing channels
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in web design, production, social media etc.
Comfortable with numbers. - making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
Industry Experience preferred - B2C - Wellness/Healthcare/Hospitality
Bachelors/Masters in Marketing, Communications
10+ years' experience in marketing
Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
