: Not yet in Konkan????

Although its all over the world and good number of cases are already found in India so far, Konkan region is looking to be much safer!! Why?? Few reasons may be as follows....

1. Temperature: Temperature in the konkan belt is always found on higher side. Temperature at Ratnagiri, where our EnCasa home stay is operating, is experiencing maximum temperature around 33 degree celsius. This temperature is known to deactivate the viral particle

2. Light: Konkan is much sunny these days and that may be the great secret. Bright light is also known to deactivate the virus.

3. Humidity: high humidity (moisture) helps droplet nuclei to settle faster, the main source of infection!!!

4. Less number of foreign tourists: Although its a lovely tourist destination, not much popular among foreign tourists, except few spots. There are no international airports to provide direct gateway into Konkan and international tourists have to travel from Mumbai or Goa reducing the Risk probability of greatly!!

5. Lesser population density.
Its a very obvious reason and needless to explain.

6. Geometrical isolation: Konkan is geometrically isolated by Sahyadri hill on east and Arabian sea on west. This makes it not so popular global business destination or even the corporate settlements are negligible making it a very safe place...

This summer, Ratnagiri, being considerably away from Goan border( hot spot for foreigners) as compared to Malvan, can be your best isolation spot to stay away from corona mess and enjoy your holiday simultaneiusely.
