Thank you because you are our catalyst, our savior when life gives us lemons. You keep us afloat through the rough patches of life. If it wasn't for you, we wouldn’t know what good food is. We wouldn’t know how a spaghetti drooling with sauce is much better than what we have in the streets. We don’t know the good food until we have traveled and tried them all!

You fill us up with anticipation of happiness, giving us something to look forward to. Just the thought of deciding to go on a trip, researching the destination, and building an itinerary, is happiness itself.

You even make us more adventurous than we are on our average days. Suddenly on a beach trip, we might find ourselves parasailing because of the thrill of traveling.

So, this World Gratitude Day, Travel, we thank you for literally sustaining us and keeping us sane through whatever life throws at us! If we were to thank you for everything, we would have to write a novel!
