Founded in 1982 by its present Chairman Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad Burza, the group today operates 250 hotel rooms in Kashmir. Under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Burza the group has grown from 40 rooms in 1998 to more than 250 rooms in 2011. At present the group operates two hotels in Pahalgam and one each in Srinagar and Gulmarg. The group will continue in its endeavor to create unique and memorable experiences for its guests in Kashmir and in other parts of India.
