The festival of Ugadi is celebrated on the first day of Chaitra month as per the Hindu calendar.The Ugadi term originated from Sanskrit, where the word ‘yuga’ means time and the word ‘adi’ denotes beginning. This means ‘the beginning of a new age. Ugadi symbolises the beginning of spring and the arrival of mild summers. On the day of Ugadi, after offering prayer there is a ritual of consuming neem leaves. In some places, devotees even make a paste of neem leaves mixed with coriander seeds, tamarind and jaggery. It is believed that consuming the neem leaves will purify our blood and will also increase our immunity to fight diseases. .... Cat p**p coffee, otherwise known as Kopi Luwak, is one of the world’s rarest and most expensive coffees. The price of a single cup can go up to $80. India is one of five countries in the world (the others being Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam) that harvest this rare coffee due to the indigenous Civet Cat. Commonly referred to as cats, the Asian Palm Civet eats berries off coffee trees and excretes them, which is what makes this coffee so special.
If you’re wondering ‘why on earth would anyone drink the coffee an animal p**ped out?’ you are not alone. However, the reason this strange process is highly respected by coffee connoisseurs around the world is that the Civet’s digestive mechanism only removes the husk of the coffee berry leaving the coffee seeds to undergo a unique fermentation process.

Humans synthesize this process of coffee seed fermentation, however the Civet’s fermentation process is natural process, and thus is considered purer. Moreover, it is commonly thought that Civet Cats only select the best berries from the coffee trees, making their output all the more desirable... Found the one in our estate.... # # # # #☕ # # # #🙏

It's coffee season in Krishna kuteera
Much like any other crop, there is a prime season for harvesting coffee. coffee beans come from a specific coffee-growing plant. When the plant grows to maturity, it will yield a cluster of fruit. Also referred to as cherries, these fruit clusters are initially green and then ripen into a beautiful shade of red similar to a cherry. Within the cherries is a pulp and two oval-shaped beans that once harvested, processed, and roasted become the coffee beans we know and love. #
