Great day two for Skiprock in Kigali!

This is Sister Laetitia Musanabaganwa - head mistress at the Fawe Girls School. 500 girls look to her for guidance and support.

Her purpose, she told me, is to teach girls the power of unity.

What makes her school even more special is that they created a massive rainwater collection system that provides 80% of all cooking, cleaning, washing, and irrigation for the 500 girls. That means - less water born illnesses, less cost to purchase water, and you teach the girls about sustainability.

We spent three hours filming and photographing her. She is calm, serious, and only smiled when you ask her to stand still for a picture.

Rwanda - you own part of our hearts! A great day filming and photographing real growth and development. We have three days left and can't imagine how we will top this day - but we will. The image is of one of the many soft spoken and magically photogenic kids we met.
