Dear everybody,
How do we stay grounded, healthy, and genuinely connected in an increasingly fast-paced, digital world? We are excited to share two upcoming Erasmus+ international projects that tackle this very question through the lens of somatic practice, embodiment, and nature connection.
U IN VERSE: 6–17 October 2026 | Oasis des Âges, Chartrier-Ferrière, France
U in Verse is a little living universe of shared exploration, a space where learning happens through experience, movement, relationships, play, rest, and simple human presence. In today’s fast-paced and overstimulated world, this training course is designed as a sanctuary to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, gently regulate attention and stress, and cultivate a more conscious sense of well-being. Using a vibrant blend of mindfulness practices, embodiment, movement, play, creativity, and nature-based exploration, this laboratory will help participants discover practical, accessible ways to bring presence, awareness, and groundedness into everyday life and youth work practices.
HUMAN SPICES: Personal Taste | 20-31 October 2026 | Oasis des Âges, Chartrier-Ferrière, France
Human Spices is an international Erasmus+ project that aims to explore body image, self-worth, and well-being through an embodied, holistic approach. The project focuses on addressing youth anxiety, body dissatisfaction, and the complex pressures on self-image heavily amplified by modern digital and social media landscapes. Unfolding through two complementary experiences (Personal Taste and Social Flavors), this first training, Personal Taste, invites you to look inward and address the silent pressure of modern society. Through somatic practices, movement, nature connection, and deep sharing, we will explore the interplay between our digital lives and our physical well-being. Participants will learn how to cultivate emotional balance and body positivity, returning to their local communities with concrete tools to guide and empower vulnerable youth.
Note: Both projects are co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme. You can find more details and application links for each training below.
Applications for both programs are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early!
