Con Anne e Margherita, le creatrici di Folie__studio, ogni nodo prende forma, fino a trasformare un semplice filo in un oggetto unico!

Scopriremo l'arte del macramè realizzando un raffinato porta piante da appendere, con corda in cotone 100% riciclato e un anello in legno. Sarà un momento dedicato all'arte della manualità, dove non serve esperienza: si partirà dai nodi essenziali e si imparerà questa antica tecnica artigianale, utile anche per sviluppare in autonomia altri progetti creativi.

Insieme a Barbara Setzu, specialista di pasta fresca e dolci sardi presso il panificio Kentos e fondatrice dell'Associazione culturale Traggera, intraprenderemo un viaggio nella tradizione gastronomica della Sardegna. Partendo dalla materia prima, impareremo a riconoscere i diversi tipi di farina, scoprirne profumi e consistenze e a preparare le tante varietà di pasta fresca che caratterizzano la nostra isola.

Dai "malloreddus" alle "lorighittas", scopriremo che ogni forma custodisce storie bellissime tramandate di generazione in generazione. E come ogni bella storia, si conclude a tavola, con la pasta fresca preparata insieme.

We'll explore Sardinia's culinary traditions with Barbara Setzu, fresh pasta and traditional Sardinian pastry specialist at Kentos Bakery and founder of the Traggera Cultural Association.
Starting with the essential ingredients, you'll learn to recognise different types of flour, discover their aromas and textures, and prepare some of the island's many traditional fresh pasta shapes.

From "malloreddus" to "lorighittas", you'll discover that every shape carries stories passed down through generations. And like every beautiful story, this one ends around the table, enjoying the fresh pasta prepared together.
