The winery Franz Gojer Glögglhof is a small family-run business in the heart of the traditional St. This is where we, the Gojer family, produce wines from indigenous grapes such as Vernatsch and Lagrein as well as Weißburgunder (Pinot Bianco), Sauvignon and Kerner. We attach great importance to individuality, identity and the typical terroir that unmistakably determines the origin of our wines. In

addition, in Cornedo we run 3 new apartments for 2-6 people. Modern & comfortable accomodation, naturally furnished and fully equiped. 2 of the apartments do also have their own balcony, with a beautiful view over South Tyrols capital city Bolzano, which is only 10 minutes away. All guests can furthermore use the big terrace. We can give you advices on what to do and visit in South Tyrol and where to go for dinner :)
We are looking forward to welcoming you!

Some harvest impressions from the last days.

Harvest started very early this year due to the hot summer.
Some of the white grapes are already in the cellar, the red wines will follow next week...

Franz is always here - at the winery, in the cellar, or out delivering to our customers.
If there's something that needs to be fixed - Franz has already taken care of it.

Franz build up the Franz Gojer - Glögglhof business and has run it with vision and enthusiasm; his dedication and courage have paid off, his tirelessness helps as day in, day out, and his cheerfulness and openness enrich not only our family, but also our work and our customers.

Pruning the old vines on our traditional pergola training system.

This vineyard in the S. Maddalena Appellation has been family-owned for generations. On steep hillsides, supported by stone walls, the Schiava grape variety grows traditionally mixed with a little bit of Lagrein. These old vines are pruned by hand in winter, marking the end of the wine-growing year and laying the foundation for the next vintage.
