📋 IMPORTANT – TEMPORARY RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

These apartments are offered for temporary residential stays under a Contratto di Locazione Transitorio, subject to eligibility.

Applicants must provide a genuine, documented temporary housing need, such as:

🎓 Studies, scholarships or temporary academic programmes

💼 Temporary work assignments or professional relocation

🏡 Temporary accommodation while your own home undergoes renovation

Other legally recognised temporary housing needs may also be considered.

📄 Supporting documentation is required. Contract eligibility and conditions will be verified before signing.

⏳ Rental period: 1–6 months, with contracts ending no later than April 2027.

How to get there:

Unlike the busy streets of Cinque Terre or Portofino, Camogli still feels authentic. A peaceful fishing village where colorful houses meet the sea, fishing boats rest on the pebble beach, and life moves at the rhythm of the waves.

Spend the morning swimming in the crystal-clear Mediterranean.

Enjoy fresh seafood for lunch by the harbor, or simply grab a warm piece of focaccia and watch the boats come and go.

In the afternoon, take a boat to the stunning San Fruttuoso Abbey, hidden between the cliffs and reachable only by sea or hiking trail. If you still have time, continue by boat to Portofino before returning to Genoa.
