Classes will take place on the private lakeside terrace of the villa with only the water between you and the mountains. Ida May, top London trainer, will be your fitness instructor for the week. Hotel Filario will be your home, a small luxury hotel on the shores of Lake Como, with its own beach and breathtaking views there isn't a better place to unwind. And what more could you want from a week of

fitness but a healthy menu to go with it. Food blogger Taimar Birthistle-Cooke will be working alongside the hotel to provide you with delicious and nutritious plant based food to fuel your week.
