When something precious is entrusted to you, you cherish it, care for it, and take pride in sharing its beauty.

At Palazzo Balsamo, our greatest jewels are the people who bring our vision of hospitality to life every day.

We are incredibly proud of our team, of their dedication, passion, and genuine care for every guest. Today, they share with us another special reason to celebrate: the pride and joy of being part of the family.

A precious new chapter, made even more meaningful because we share it together.

Objects, light, silence.

At Palazzo Balsamo, design is never simply decorative. Materials, forms and natural light come together quietly, creating spaces that feel considered rather than composed.

Refinement, in the details.
