📍🇮🇹 Things to do in Sorrento:
Known for its incredible water front views of Mount Vesuvius and Piazza Tasso, a beautiful cafe-lined square, Sorrento is a brilliant base for a trip to Campania. It's got great transport links to Naples, Pompeii, the Amalfi coast and is just a short ferry ride to Capri. ⛵ But there is also a lot to do in the Beautiful cliff top town too...
1) Get lost in the Old Town (pictured above) and don't miss out on the cute pastel alleyways - the best place to pick up local goods like ceramics, limoncello and leather items. 🛍️
2) Dine in a lemon grove. 🍋 The famous Parrucchiano La Favorita restaurant is one of our favourite places weve tried so far. You sit in amongst the lemon grove surrounded by fairylights and the food is amazing!
3) Get cocktails or a Spritz in the Piazza Tasso - the main square over looks the sea and contains the beautiful Baroque Church del Carmine
4) Try Limoncello! 🥃🍋 Hailing from Sorrento, there are many Limoncello shops to stop in in the main town
5) visit Marina Grande. It is Sorrento's fishing village, famous for its excellent seafood restaurants! 🦞🐙🐠
