Inserrata Boutique Hotel.
Wooded in San Miniato, famous area for its white truffle, it was build at the end of the XIX century and used as a hunting lodge and holiday resort by the Italian prime Minister Sidney Sonnino, owner of the surrounding farm, including 100 hectares of forest, olive groves, vineyards, orchards and vegetable gardens.
