Cultivar Gentile di Chieti, from which we obtain, in purity, the oil called "Costa dei Trabocchi".

This plant is appreciated for good and constant productivity and quality, good rusticity and cold resistance. Good yield in oil with excellent organoleptic characteristics (loving and spicy herbs) with an intense fruity.
The extra virgin olive oil "Costa dei Trabocchi" is a grand cru, since it is obtained using only olives of the variety Gentile di Chieti and comes from a cru - Masseria Don Vincenzo - located at Torre Sinello in the Commune of Vasto, a land that has an ancient sea terracing. Happy seafront location, located in a location with a favorable microclimate and excellent sun exposure, determining factors for getting a great oil of author.🌞
