「ひ・ふ・み」 趣の異なる、3つのスイート。
和洋折衷を特徴とする旧相馬家住宅の様式に呼応し、客室はオリエンタル・シックな設えに。歴史の記憶を尊重しながら、現代の快適性を静かに重ねています。
1号室「ひ」 窓の向こうに広がるのは、函館の港を臨む景色、その奥には美しい山並み。扉を開けて部屋に入ると、奥に見える海と空に何度でもはっとします。天井の高い開放的な室内に、専用庭も備えています。
2号室「ふ」 国指定重要文化財の「蔵」に設けたメゾネット。二階のリビングスペースにはミニバーを備え、300年前の北海道・江差の暮らしを描いた屏風が飾られています。パステルカラーの優美な風景が、タイムレスな美しさを放ちます。
3号室「み」 主屋に飾られていた函館の絵地図を掲げたリビングに、瞑想もできる畳の小上がりスペースも。ワントーンで整えられた静謐な客室には、プライベートなおこもり感が漂います。

In dialogue with the Japanese-Western architectural style of the Old Soma Residence, the guest rooms are designed with an oriental-chic sensibility. Respecting the memory of the historic building, they quietly layer in contemporary comfort.
Suite 1: “ひ”
Beyond the window lies a view over Hakodate Harbor, with beautiful mountain ridges rising in the distance. Each time you open the door and step inside, the sea and sky beyond catch you by surprise. The room features lofty ceilings, an airy sense of openness, and a private garden.
Suite 2: “ふ”
A maisonette set within the storehouse, designated as an Important Cultural Property of Japan. Upstairs, the living space includes a minibar and is adorned with a folding screen depicting life in Esashi, Hokkaido, some 300 years ago. Its graceful pastel-toned landscape radiates a timeless beauty.
Suite 3: “み”
A living room featuring an illustrated map of Hakodate once displayed in the main house, along with a raised tatami area spacious enough for meditation. In this serene, one-tone room, a sense of private retreat gently lingers.
