ルームツアー「みずばしょう」

当館では、10月5日（月）より「しおん」にサウナが新設されます。
「しおん」のほか、和洋室タイプの「みずばしょう」にもサウナを完備しております。

さらに、お部屋には赤ワイン・白ワインを各1本ずつご用意しております。

露天風呂はバルコニーに配し、屋外ならではの開放感と、四季折々の美しい景色をお楽しみいただけます。

本格的な和室と和リビング、ベッドルーム、サウナ、そして美酒とともに、贅沢なひとときをお過ごしくださいませ。

Room Tour: "Mizubasho"

Starting Monday, October 5, we are adding a new sauna to the "Shion" guest room.
In addition to "Shion," our "Mizubasho" suite—featuring a blend of Japanese and Western styles—is also fully equipped with a private sauna.

Furthermore, we provide a complimentary bottle of red w**e and a bottle of white w**e in the room.

The open-air bath is located on the balcony, allowing you to enjoy a sense of openness unique to the outdoors along with beautiful, seasonal scenery.

Please enjoy a luxurious stay surrounded by authentic Japanese-style rooms, a Japanese-style living area, a bedroom, a private sauna, and fine w**e.

ローストすることで甘みや酸味、香りを引き出し、和牛の脂の甘みや旨味と調和させました。バルサミコの酸味、
自家製ソース・オ・ポルトの深いコクと一緒にお楽しみいただけます。

Main Dish: Roasted Furano Beef Shoulder Loin with Early-Ripening Mandarin Oranges
"Furano Wagyu" beef, raised in Furano Town, Hokkaido, is characterized by its rich umami flavor and elegant sweetness of fat. It is slow-cooked at a low temperature,
resulting in a moist and tender texture. The accompanying early-ripening mandarin oranges are an autumn fruit characterized by their sweetness and refreshing acidity.
Roasting brings out the sweetness, acidity, and aroma, harmonizing them with the sweetness and umami of the Wagyu beef fat. Enjoy it with the acidity of balsamic vinegar and the deep richness of our homemade porto sauce.

当館ではアルコールが苦手な方でも楽しめるノンアルコールカクテルをご用意しております。今年度入社のスタッフが考案の作品。秋は夜半の秋、旬の葡萄が秋の夜明けの空に満月が浮かんでいるようなカクテル。落ち着いた夜空に金粉で華やかさもございます。美しい秋の夜にお楽しみください。

Our hotel offers non-alcoholic cocktails that can be enjoyed even by those who don't like alcohol. This cocktail was created by a staff member who joined the company this year. Autumn is the season of midnight, and this cocktail features seasonal grapes reminiscent of a full moon floating in the autumn dawn sky. The calm night sky is enhanced with a touch of elegance from the gold flakes. Please enjoy it on a beautiful autumn night.
