we had the great honor of welcoming Chef Arai from Ginza Sushi Arai for a special guest chef experience.

An extraordinary evening where world-class sushi was prepared right in front of our guests.
The atmosphere was electric, and the entire room was filled with excitement.

For those staying with us, it was truly a rare and memorable dining experience.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special night.
We will definitely do it again.

Last night at KANOLLY Resorts,
we had the honor of welcoming Chef Noguchi from Nishiazabu Noguchi for a special guest chef experience.

Dishes that are usually only enjoyed in Nishiazabu
were prepared here, exclusively for our guests staying with us.

An intimate and rare evening where cuisine was created right before their eyes —
a moment filled with aroma, sound, and craftsmanship.

For those who were there,
it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience.

A special night we hope to create again.

Hakuba Goryu Ski Resort

A luxurious beginning, worthy of the New Year.

The day opens at 6:30 AM with a refined morning briefing.
Ascend by gondola and the Alps No.3 pair lift,
then enjoy four to five elegant runs on the Grand Prix Course—
a privileged area where drone filming is freely permitted.

Continue through the Champion Dynamic Course,
flow into the Woody Course,
and descend toward the Toomi slope.

The experience concludes with the iconic GORYU WAVES—
a grand finale to welcome the year ahead.

朝6:30、静かなブリーフィングからスタート。
ゴンドラとアルプス第3ペアリフトで標高を上げ、
グランプリコースを4〜5本、優雅に滑走。

その後、チャンピオンダイナミックコースから
Woodyコースを抜け、とおみゲレンデへ。
