Our returning guest, Madam Mylène Quito, who just recently had her Cultural exchange—10th Solo show in the heart of Kyoto, Japan—drawing Japan’s landscapes and cherry blossoms to explore mono no aware—the poignant beauty of impermanence. The exhibition invited viewers to “embrace uncertainty, find beauty within struggle,” aligning with the Japanese aesthetic sensibility suggested by the title yūgen (mysterious depth).

Mylène Quito is a well known Artist within the Philippines’ contemporary art scenes.
