Rinn Premium Koki is a Kyoto machiya consisting of two adjacent buildings, “West” and “East.” It is located in the heart of Kyoto, about a 9-minute walk from Gojo Station on the Karasuma Subway Line.

While conveniently located near shopping, dining, and major tourist attractions, it faces a quiet street. Both buildings are renovated machiya that combine traditional Japanese style with modern comforts.

Koki West and East can each accommodate up to 7 guests. While you can book a single building, you can also reserve both adjacent buildings together for larger groups or trips involving two families.

Welcome to “Rinn Premium Koki West & East”, a unique pair of adjacent Kyoto machiya townhouses.

These two-story traditional townhouses feature interiors where modern comfort meets timeless design, offering a relaxing stay that honors Kyoto’s heritage.

The name “光輝（Koki）” carries the meaning of “shining brilliantly,” which is reflected in the gold-inspired decor found throughout the townhouses. You can also see and touch interior pieces that incorporate Nishijin-ori, a traditional Kyoto textile.

Located in Shimogyo Ward, these two adjacent townhouses can accommodate up to 14 guests when rented together. From small groups to large parties, this machiya stay is ideal for a wide range of stays.
