お盆休み。コロナのために近い旅行。近くの浜辺公園はとても混雑しています。画像は昨日。浜辺公園と池上本門寺そして蒲田の温泉。楽しめます。

ホステルの再開についてです。

私はとても悩みました。
私は一階のドミトリールームもリフォームしました。部屋は六人部屋から四人部屋になりました。
ベッドの距離は3メートル。上下は1メートル。ソーシャルディスタンスです。もちろんカーテンによる飛沫感染対策をしました。各ベッドにはライトと電源。消毒液も備えてあります。快適で清潔です。

しかし！

私はホステルの再開を延期します。無期限です。しかしお客様から連絡いただきます。それはとても嬉しいです。そこで考えました。リピートのお客様とその友人に限り予約を受付します。
料金は
一人一泊3000円。
二泊以上は一泊2500円。

二人以上は一人一泊2500円。
二泊以上は一人一泊2000円。四名様までは一部屋です。 最大2部屋8名様。

予約はFacebookのメッセンジャーで宿泊の一週間前までに予約してください。私の返信で予約は完了します。満室または休業の日もあります。あなたのチェックインは暗唱番号による無人対応。私は不在のため到着したらメッセージください。私はご案内かご連絡します。

早いコロナウィルスの終息とホステルの完全な再開を願っています。

However!

I postpone the reopening of the hostel. It is indefinite. However, the customer will contact you. I'm very happy about that. So I thought. Reservations are only accepted for repeat customers and their friends.
The price is 3000 yen per person per night.
2500 yen per night for 2 nights or more.

2500 yen per person per night for 2 or more people.
2000 yen per person per night for stays of 2 nights or more.

There is one room for up to four people. Up to 2 rooms for 8 people.

For reservations, make a reservation one week before your stay with Facebook Messenger. My reply will complete the reservation. Some days may be full or closed. Your check-in is unattended with a code number. Please message me when I arrive due to my absence. I will inform or contact you.

I wish for the early termination of Coronavirus and the complete reopening of the hostel.

私はコロナ対策について考えた。
飛沫感染対策は距離とカーテンが必要。ドミトリールームの2段ベッドを減らします。三台（6人）から二台（4人）へ。水平に枕同士が2メートル以上。垂直に1メートル以上。そしてベッドの材木で私の部屋にベランダを作成しています。DIYは楽しい。これが私の休日です。

Do you like Japanese food? Sukiyaki?
Today is about sukiyaki.

It's time to enjoy it safely.
Feel the journey.

Sukiyaki ingredients.
Chinese cabbage, long onions, enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, tofu, beef and back fat.

Sukiyaki sauce.
Soy sauce 100c c, mirin 100c c, kelp dashi 200c c, 3 spoons of sugar, a little salt. Kombu soup is two pieces of dried kombu. Boil the dried kelp with 200 c c water. slowly. It's over when it boils. The water turned yellow. Discard the kelp. Mix everything. This completes the sukiyaki soup.

Can I get mirin? If not, use sake and honey. But I have not tried.

Cooking sukiyaki.
Dissolve the cow's backfat in a frying pan.
3 cubic centimeters.
Oil is completed.
Bake the beef. Do not stir. Just burn one side.
Next, all the ingredients are arranged.
Add sukiyaki soup. Cover. It's over when it boils. Boiling is your preference.
Mix the raw eggs.
Eat with it.

何故なら私達は安全に楽しむ時です。
旅を感じてください。
すき焼きの具。白菜、長葱、榎茸、椎茸、豆腐、そして牛肉と背脂。

すき焼きのタレ。
醤油100c c、
みりん100c c、
昆布出汁200c c、
砂糖スプーン3杯、
塩ちょっと。

昆布出汁は乾燥昆布10㎠を二つ。水200 c cで乾燥昆布を茹でる。ゆっくり。沸騰したら終わり。水は黄色くなった。
昆布を捨てる。全てを混ぜる。
これですき焼きスープが完成した。

すき焼きを調理。フライパンで牛の背脂を溶かす。3立方センチメートル。油が完成。牛肉を焼く。かき混ぜてはいけない。片面を焦がすだけ。次に具材全てを並べる。すき焼きスープを入れる。蓋をする。沸騰したら終わり。茹で加減はあなたの好みです。

生卵を混ぜる。
付けて食べる。

　先日まで約3週間休んでいまして

　自宅地下室に眠る使っていない棚を塗装
40年前？元ウサギ小屋→物置になっていた→朽ち果てて解体しとっておいた廃材でテーブル作成。
ベッドを解体。
窓にカーテン付けて　
6人部屋の女性ドミを4人部屋として貸し切り可能な状態にリニューアルしました。

　女性比率が高いウチとしては躊躇していましたが。
狭いしいいかなと。

　ミックスドミ貸切るとテラス利用が面倒になるし。

　早速常連の女性が泊まり来てくれたのですが
その時は女性ドミトリーの予約公開忘れていて男女ドミで来てくれたのですが
とりあえずお見せしたら好評でした。

我ながら雰囲気良いかなと。
ドミとしても、個室としても。

今後は女性ドミトリー、4人部屋（お一人から予約可能）として並行販売。
