A movie set in Satsumasendai City, Kagoshima Prefecture will be filmed next month, and the lead actor, Yoko Shimada and the director, paid a courtesy visit to Satsumasendai City Hall.

The Satsumasendai City Hall was visited by actress Yoko Shimada, who is known for her appearances in the movie "The Inugami Family," and film director Hiroyuki Yokoyama. The movie "Evergarden," starring Mr. Shimada, depicts a woman who lost her husband moving to the countryside and interacting with foreigners during the Corona disaster.

Set in Satsumasendai City, shooting will take place from the 6th of next month around Imutaike for about two weeks. Mr. Shimada and his colleagues, who visited Satsumasendai City this time, talked about their thoughts on the work.

The movie "Evergarden" will be released next year.

Our Newly established Hotel & Condo Facility SAKURA will be having it's Grand opening on the end of March 2021.
Location at 1805-5 IMUTA KEDOUIN CHO SATSUMA SENDAI CITY JAPAN 895-1502. The hotel is only 15 minutes to access by car from Sendai station and 45minutes from Kagoshima airport.
It is located in Kagoshima Prefecture, inside the National Park, a loving nature location.

We have thirty (30) different types of rooms in this facility. We would like to lend this to foreigners coming to Japan for a short or long term stay.
This facility was formerly owned by the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Japan. It is currently owned by Sendai City Hall and has a lease agreement with us.
This is a multipurpose facility that has a long-term care.
Inside of it has administrative scrivener office.Therefore, we also support living consultations in Japan, notifications to the city hall, changes to visa, updates and etc.
Each room is equipped with air conditioner, toilet and wifi, making it the best environment for living and working.

In addition, the Hotel and Condo SAKURA is only 15 min to access from Sendai station and 45minutes from Kagoshima airport, which makes the hotel a nice choice for business and leisure travelers to reach without bustle and hustle.
The convenience in location and natural surroundings of this Sakura Hotel and Condo make it a delightful accommodation choice for your days in Japan.
Now due to Covid-19 situation, lots of postive cases in the main city, many foreigners and Japanese move to the country side for safety. It is better for you to move in the country side for your safety

Our room is 32-80sqm in size and is very comfortable compared to other Japanese hotels.
Prices start at 4,000 yen (1 room) for short-term stays, and 80,000 yen (1 month / room price) for medium- to long-term stays. Our pricing is per room, not Japanese per capital. Please come to our facility as a living base and business base in Japan.
