WAnoSato is situated in a spacious natural garden measuring 49,500 square meters in cloister-like seclusion against the backdrop of the Hida-Takayama. The atomosphere is a Japanese Village scene from long ago. We have benn attracting many people, because of its
features;location,architectutres, rooms, and cuisine. Guset can open the gate way of a time slip and experience the real old Japan throug

１万５千坪の敷地に離れ４棟と本館の４室のたった８室の純和風旅館です。最高級の飛騨牛等、地の物をつかった懐石をお出しします。源泉を敷地内にもっております。離れは、白川郷で有名な合掌造りを用いたり、飛騨の有名な春慶塗りの木材をあしらったりと伝統技術をふんだんに使用しております。囲炉裏のある本館は、１６０年前の豪農の屋敷を移築し改築し、使用しております。日本昔話の世界がここにあります。

甘さのある飛騨ネギを鰤で巻き蒸し上げ、ホタテのミンチ、万能ネギの餡と合わせた一品。
