We are looking for a skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to help us attract more international guests and reduce reliance on traditional reservation platforms.
Role Overview:
As our Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing our digital presence, reformatting and optimizing booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO, and developing targeted marketing campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and WhatsApp. Your creativity and expertise will be essential in positioning Kitwa Suites as the preferred choice for travelers seeking a unique cultural experience in Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities:
Reformat and optimize listings on booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, etc.) to improve visibility and performance.
Develop and execute innovative social media marketing strategies to attract international travelers.
Create engaging, visually appealing content for Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp to showcase our brand and services.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
Collaborate with the team to implement strategies that decrease dependency on third-party platforms.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Expertise in using platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and WhatsApp marketing.
Excellent communication and content creation skills.
A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
