As a part of CRDT’s mission of facilitating sustainable social impact projects across Cambodia, Le Tonle provides 100% scholarships for vulnerable youth to study tou
rism skills and find a job for them after graduation. Le Tonle had trained 267 trainees since 2008. 95% of our graduates got a job after attending the course. Some of them had developed themselves further in the tourism industry such as got promoted into high positions, started their own business and became the trainer. A few of the Le Tonle team hold degrees in tourism management and ASIAN Master trainer while the rest of our team hold the certificate of national trainer which were trained by the Ministry of Tourism of Cambodia. Le Tonle had good collaboration with the Department of Tourism of Kratie as well as tourism industries from the Northeast Cambodia. Le Tonle Guesthouse and Restaurant stand out of every Guesthouse & Restaurant in the town and #1 in Tripadvisor.
