Naraya Guesthouse offers special monthly rates for long-stay guests:
Fan Room: USD 180 per month
Air-Conditioned Room: USD 270 per month
Monthly Rate Includes:
Electricity and water
Fridge
Cable TV
Free Wi-Fi
Refilled drinking water
Room cleaning and linen change once per week
Additional Services:
Hot shower is not included in the monthly rate. Guests who require hot shower facilities may add this service for USD 20 per month.
Motobike parking available -10$/month
Additional cleaning services are availble upon request for an extra charge USD 3 per service.
Laundry services available-USD 1 per kg
House Rules:
Cooking is not permitted in the rooms.
Ironing is not permitted in the rooms.
The use of cookers, hot plates, grills, or any heating appliances is strictly prohibited.
Payment Policy:
Full payment is required on the first day of stay or in advance.
All payments are non-refundable.
A security deposit of USD 50 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned when the guest moves out of Naraya Guesthouse, subject to room inspection and settlement of any outstanding charges.
