Sophy Unique Boutique was an attempt to give owner Sophy Ouk - a former prostitute of 34 years - a chance at reformation for her life. Sophy had never before been bestowed with a house of her own identity and creation before. She had never been given art materials and canvas onto which she could begin to express her inner self and her deepest and repressed thoughts and feelings. The idea was to tr

ansform a 3rd floor building into a personable space for Sophy whilst also enacting the ideals of social entreprenialism, and give Sophy, for the first time in her life, a self-sustaining accommodation and a home which formed her own business, and off her own creation
