경상북도 문화재 민속자료 162호 귀애정 조선 순조 때의 관료 겸 학자인 귀애 조극승(曺克承:1803~1877)을 추앙하기 위해 동생 규승(逵承)이 고종 14년(1877)에 건립하였다. 귀애정이라는 누각과 정자 2동으로 구성되었다.
